KOBIC

KOBIC is the representative bioinformatics center of Korea. It is like NCBI of USA and EBI of Europe.

It used to have over 50 people with over 5 million USD annual budget. (I do not know exactly how big it is now since I left KOBIC in Sep. 2009)
